Nelson (Vic) 5/7/12
Spent night in Mt.Gambier at caravan park next to Blue Lake.Unfortunately it doesnt turn vivid blue until November when the water warms up a bit.Still is a lovely place with lots to see.
Had lunch at Perriwinkle cafe in Beachport,Val had lobster pie and I had Dory.Yum.

Cave garden in centre of Mt Gambier takes all the stormwater.
And Blue Lake is permanent water supply what a great system!
Caravan park in Nelson was closed so we freecamped 15k east of Nelson with campfire (cold night) Heading further east today to somewhere else.
